The room was a nice size with good water pressure and a fresh, clean ambience. The location by the river was magnificent. There was a huge variety of tasty meals to choose from.

It was fairly clean, the staff was genuinely helpful and professional, plus the service was excellent. Absolutely perfect and relatively quiet location at the lake side in a village North Kessock on the outskirts of Inverness was a plus. And it was also short walk to the gorgeous garden and the downstairs cafe.

Great location, only a 19-minute drive from the airport. Plus, it's close to a cove and a lake 🏞️. It's relatively quiet too.

The twin room had wonderful views across the Moray Firth. It felt like we were home. Everything was very good.

Exceptional service throughout stay. Great-sized and well laid out room with extremely comfy bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. The B&B was gorgeous and the staff was competent. We were given tastefully decorated and brand-new rooms with a fresh, clean ambience. The breakfast was delicious and amazing with stunning views over the river. The setting was convenient, really close to the downstairs cafe, North Kessock, and the areas around Inverness, Moray and the Black Isle.

The hotel is fairly clean and the rooms are well-appointed. There are a lot of great meal options available. The location near the city center is convenient and simply perfect. The B&B is found in a lovely and quiet area.

The staff are excellent and the room is stocked with treats from the tearoom every evening. The hotel's location is peaceful, very close to the cafe, the Inverness bridge, and the river leading into the firth.
